Fabrizostyle Refund and Return Policy
At Fabrizostyle we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation
Cancellations are allowed within 12 hours of order placement.

Cancellations are not possible after 12 hours as processing begins.

2. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for:

Size-related issues

If the customer receives the wrong product

If the product is defective or damaged

To request an exchange, email fabrizobrand@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 8928642843 with your Order ID and issue details.

Customers have to pay shipping charges for exchanges.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

3. No Returns or Refunds
No returns or refunds after purchase.

Exchanges are only available under the conditions mentioned above.

4. Custom Items Policy
Custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.

If a custom item is received in a defective condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos).

5. Non-Exchangeable Items
Items on sale or clearance are non-exchangeable.

Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery will not be eligible for exchange.

6. Shipping Policy
Prepaid orders: Free shipping.

COD orders: ₹200 additional charge.

Delivery takes 4 - 7 working days, depending on location.
