2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following situations:

- Wrong size received
- Wrong product delivered
- Product received in a damaged or defective condition

- We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.
- Exchanges are available only under the conditions mentioned above.

4. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

- Products purchased during sale or special promotional offers.
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

5. Shipping Information

- Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹200 additional charge.
- Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
